Aitutaki | Flight 14

Was tun?

We fly to Aitutaki Island where we're going to spend 1-2 days.

Departure 23:22 Uhr (MEZ)
Arrival: 00:24 Uhr (MEZ)

After breakfast, we drive to the airfield at 11:30 am with a borrowed moped to send the Procharts database to GMX200 and to the set output power settings in the shortwave radio to maximum. After I have made the setting and have gone out, Karl comes with the message: "Look! The tire on the right is flat! "I look surprised, yes it is true. What to do? No damage can be seen on the outside. I get the air pump from the front luggage compartment and pump the tire. The pressure gauge shows the rising pressure. Perhaps the pressure holds so that we can fly to Rarotonga after pumping it again tomorrow and have it repaired there. We'll see tomorrow morning ...

On our way from the airport to our hotel, we have to cross the water in a skiff:
